VW beetle 2001 tdi
Fans don't work neither with A/C button pressed or w/o.
30amp fuses on top of battery are all good and the fuse holders are not melted.
Large fan works slowly when I remove fuse #16.
Can someone help please

Have you been through all the fuses in the car? There might also be a relay but I'm not sure. It might be worth a search as well as going through the faq pages if you haven't already, if I come accross anything useful I'll post back.

There are a couple of AC fuses.

Fascia 1 fuse box.

F16 - 10A - AC compressor clutch, engine coolant pump motor, engine coolant blower control module.
F25 - 25A - AC/heater blower motor, air conditioning (AC)

The 30A fuses F3 & F6 in the engine bay are for the engine coolant blowers motors 1 & 2.

As a mentioned on my post I have checked all my fuses and they are all good.
I don't know where are the relays located

There's always a chance the blower motor itself is knackered but I don't know how you test them.

The only thing I didn't checked is the relays because I don't even know where they are located.

The relays are under the steering column area. Look under the dashboard kick panel and remove that panel. There are also some fuses on top of the battery. Off the top of my head, I think it may be relay 384.

I think it may be relay 181, in main fuse box.
