They do 3 diesel engines for the Q7, 3.0, 4.2 and 6.0 which one is yours?
That site you posted is for the full canister complete which you don't need.
ETKA says 3.0/4.2 complete fuel filter and canister - 7L6 127 401 H - £262
Fuel filter element with gaskets - 7L6 127 434 C - £59
ETKA says 6.0 complete fuel filter and canister - 4L0 127 401 E - £394
Fuel filter element with gaskets - 4L0 127 434 - £63
Those prices are a bit steep when mine was Fuel filter element with gasket 1K0 127 434 B - £29.20
Me personally I would remove that 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser and add more details about your Q7 like engine code. Options Sticker and Engine Codes
