I just changed the brake pads on my 2005 Jetta TDI wagon and now it won't start? It is giving me a ABS indicator on the dash and makes a funny clicking noise when I try ti start it? Any suggestions?

Is that possible? Check the battery connections and make sure they're nice, clean and tight. It might just be a coincidence that it's having a starting problem. If that doesn't work try and figure out where the clicking is coming from and post back.:)

What else did you touch? The ABS sensor is near the brakes so if they were damaged it would throw some ABS codes but you'd have to start moving for that first...
