I found it easiest to remove the tensioner and re-install it at the same time as the belt..

After I installed the belt and set the proper tension, I rotated the crankshaft through 2 rotations and re-set it to the TDC per Haynes manual...the camshaft seems to be slightly off from the indicator (two teeth)....should I remove the timing belt and adjust the camshaft??
