under the steering wheel there is a BCM control module I had a water leak it was keeping lights on all the time and my lock keeps locking and unlocking. look on the picture of the damage

This is a "Local Data Bus 2 - Electrical Malfunction in Circuit". Causes the passenger side window to go down on its own. It goes down in spurts, but does it continuously if the key is on, and even after it's off until a door is opened. I removed both the drivers side switch, and the passenger side switch, and it still has the same problem.
Does anyone have any ideas?
