Some cars may have already have this enabled. I think some cars may have to change from a USA cluster software to a UK instrument cluster software code for it to work.

Basically, with the car off and key out, leaving the turn signal to left or right will turn on the parking lights on that side. This is because they have narrow streets in Europe. The "headlights on" chime will sound even though the headlights are off to remind you that lights are on. This can drain the battery.

Here is what it looks like - If the turn signal is set to left, the left parking lights in the front and the left taillight in the rear are illuminated.
