I have an 02 Jetta that occasionally will not
start because it some how draws oil into #4
cylinder after it's shut off
the only way to start it is to remove the gp
and empty the cyl the oil and I know it's
oil not fuel
the engine is clean inside and runs well
with NO smoke normally but, I don't know
what's going on and need some Ideas!werd

Would valve seals cause the problem? Maybe they're a bit weak on that cylinder.

I don't think so as they are higher in the drain field for oil and about a cup of oil is what is removed
to allow the engine to rotate and start
