And wheres the best place to find cam followers for my ALH tdi ?

Avoid them. They sell junk. Try metalmanparts.com, they sell OEM-supplier sourced followers.

They sell junk for sure! There's a few websites that all look the same but with differerent names...stuff is made in china.
