In my area, metro NY, dealer was $1400. From this forum, found a great mech and got it done for $700. Also, the dealer would only do the 60k kit and the mech did the 100k kit.
Cost to replace timing belt
What is a fair cost to replace the timing belt? 2004 TDI.
