Climatronics show exterior temperature -50°C

Hi, I have VW MK4 2002 with Climatronic. Sometimes my Climatronic shows the exterior temperature -50°C. It happend yesterday also when I washed the car. How can I fix it?

First get the error code to figure out what the problem is. It could be a sensor problem, wiring problem, or maybe something that can be reset.
