I am new to this forum. I have had a 05 TDI sedan for over 2 years and just purchased an 05 TDI wagon.

My 05 Sedan had a problem where it would lose turbo boost every time I would go on the highway. I put PB Blaster on the BEW Turbo actuator and this seems to have fixed this boost issue. I still have a constant issue with the error P2564 Boost control position sensor low. This error will not go away even though I clear all the error codes.

I do not have any performance issues any more. Should I attempt to adjust the Turbo actuator to make this error go away?

Thanks Chris

Limp mode - check the FAQ article on this for causes and solutions.

It's possible that PB Blaster cleared some corrosion. Maybe you're still getting the code because the underlying problem is still there. I would not adjust the actuator because if it was never adjusted you shouldn't need to touch it. Perhaps a vacuum line issue or sticking actuator-turbo is causing the code. Or just live with it if there are no symptoms and wait until it gets worse.
