BRM Timing Belt Tools DELAWARE

Greetings, I am looking to do my timing belt soon. I am at 97800 miles. Is anybody located in the New Castle County area of Delaware that has the tool kit that I can borrow or rent? Dover, Elkton, Northern DE, Southern PA would also also work.
