You could tell him you'll just pay the driver when he turns up with the engine. (I don't know why they wouldn't come up in google though.) Either that or tell him "credit card or nothing" because at least the credit card's got protection hasn't it? What about paypal? Does that have protection? I've bought stuff online from breakers before with the help of a friend and his paypal. Or just buy an engine from someone else like,
