Being that I'm too lazy to crawl under the car and look, I searched the site to see if the MK6 Golf TDI has the electronic brake pad wear indicator system. Didn't find anything. Do we know if we have the pads with the wear indicator? Front? Rear? Thanks in advance

I can't say that I've look but google it shows the Mk5 had them. They normally double up with the handbrake/brake fluid level light. As your light come on?

Thanks guys...Keith, no light or anything, but I'm just preemptively ordering rear pads because I figure I've got about 6,000-12,000 mi 'till they're gone and thats only a few months away for me.

I don't thing there are many that use rear warning sensors. google it brings up ROVER 75, MG ZT and a few models of BMW.
