Borbet LV5 Wheels

Looking in to buying new wheels for 09 jsw tdi, from TR.
Plan on keeping 16" but going up to 7.0"w from 6.5"w
Borbet LV5, would there be ill effects in fit or handling .

installed new borbet wheels

installed new borbet wheels today fit was good, but there is a slight knocking sound
in the front end when i hit a bump or dip in the road . The car sharply with no rubbing.
When i look under the front end i see nothing . not sure what it could be:

The offset is +50 - and wider from 6.5 to 7.0
