That's my new nozzles fitted and balanced by drivbiwire arrived, time to fit them and check out the difference, I bought the Bosio Power Plus 764 nozzles from Kermatdi then sent off a set of injectors to drivbi so he could fit and balance them.

I'll update later once I've fitted them and taken the car for a run.:D

Further update to anyone who wants to know, the new nozzles are great for towing, I had a trailer full of broken up concrete, really heavy load and a heavy trailer, no problems even going up really steep hills so they're practical too. Today I had three passengers in the car and it made no difference at all, the car just pulled like a train, I'm loving these new nozzles and I can't recommend them enough to anyone who either wants more power for pleasure or practical reasons, I think vw should have fitted these as standard, they just bring the car alive.:)

I have the Bosio 520's, brought the car alive with Kerma chip. I'd love to upgrade my turbo
but it's a little costly. Like you said "it pulls like a train". No need to buy a newer TDI with that kind of power.

As soon as I get the 5 speed swap done in my 2001 NB (middle of May), I'm going to be looking for new nozzles and a chip tune. I'm glad you like the 764's. I'm kind of on the fence between those and the 520's. My car has the 11mm pump, so that may make a difference. It's mu commuter car, so I want to keep the great fuel economy, but would love a bit more power when I need it.

I got mine from kermatdi, chip and 520's. Little hassle dealing with their customer service but well worth it. This combo works well a stock clutch. I dont plan on going as far as stealthtdi but im happy. All ways remember black smoke dont mean its broke!!

So did you have to get the chip installed in your ecu dezel? Mine can't take a map without a chip but I'm waiting on my friends vw sharan 110hp dying, I can then steal the turbo and ecu lol, a little bit of tweaking and I could get about 150bhp.:)

I had to email my parameters to kerma. Then they send you a link. In the mean time they send you a Q-loader which connects between PC. Then Q-load through diagnostic port. I would suggest that anyone who is thinking about it, (call) to make sure that you have compatible PC & hardware. I had a friend do it and he said the process was a pain.

Well I've done my timing etc now and what a difference, the IQ was already around the right place so didn't need the hammer mod but the timing was way retarded, I was told by a so called mechanic who checked my car that it was perfect, what a plonker lol. Anyway runs great and I've knocked 3 seconds off my 0-60 time and that's with crappy gear changes so even more impressed than I was before. I've got to get a steering rack first but I can see a FMIC on it's way at some point too.:)
