Audi with the 2.0L TDI engine with chain driven balance shaft are also having the same problem that B5.5 VW Passats with 2.0L TDI engine are having.

No different engine, this only applies to the 2.0L BHW engine found in 2004-2005 VW Passat TDI. Your 2009-2010 (and newer) CBEA TDI engine does use a balance shaft but it's gear driven and should not have these problems.

I can tell you this is a very common problem on Audi and VW with the 2.0L engine. They switched over to the gear driven module. However, since Audi didn't sell any of these models in North America, and only 1 car for 2 years had this engine type, you may also want to try UK car forums.

Also, be careful about listing your email in a plain format. You should write it as anti spam, like typing [at] and [dot com] instead of @ and .com so that spam bots are less likely to pick it up.
