hi all - just got a 2010 SportWagen TDI, DSG, pano, rubber mats. (picked it up last Friday from Fairfield Auto Group in northeastern PA, MSRP.)

any advice on adding a subwoofer? i really don't want to run wires, but a sub would really add a lot to the factory sound system...

Check for pre outs. You could probably run the wires under the carpet near the door sill. You just have to figure out how to pull up the door sills and stuff the wiring under.

I'm in the same boat; I'm looking at a 10" powered sub in the rear drivers' side cubby and running wiring up to to the deck somewhere under the carpet for line-in (w/ converter):

I'd rather have someone do it for me even though I used to do car audio installs.
