Hello All,
I have a 03 jetta tdi. The bracket that holds just about everything (alternator, a/c comp.,tensioner pulley, fuel injection unit, etc...) BROKE! Where the a/c idler pulley mounts basically. It appears that from this site and some others that in order to fix this, the entire bracket needs to be replaced.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Thanks

At least it's warm in Texas :)

If your timing belt is over 50% life, it might be worth it to change it out at the same time. Take a look at the timing belt writeup.

Also, post moved to mk4 section, technical and a little more than a quick intro.
