Check out the VNT adjustment FAQ article, start with adjusting it to the same length as old one, if applicable, or use a vac pump and gauge.

Hm.....are you logged in when you try to look? It can take up to 10 minutes from the first post for it to register in the system. It should work now, if not, take a screenshot and let me see what the problem is.
