Hello. I was adjusting the ip timing on my 2003 jetta tdi and I stripped out the threads in one of the three holes that mate the injection pump with its sprocket. Woops! I'm planning on putting a helicoil in when I change my timing belt in about 30,000 miles. But in the meantime the timing is adjusted and the two remaining bolts are torqued to spec. I plan on keeping a close eye on the timing going forward, but I'm anxious about the sprocket wobbling or suddenly spinning loose. Am I asking for trouble by running it with only those two bolts in?
