Air temperature, can this be adjusted

Currently it pings at 39, needless to say it is alarming (no pun intended) after my engine issues.

Can this be adjusted to a lower number, like 36 or lower?

Ding from MFI/MFD when temp goes below +4 C

It would be nice to shut it off though. I know it's cold, I'm not driving from California to Alaska....although the range of the TDI might allow it if it could swim.
