Hi,

I came across this site whilst searching for a decent 'how-to' guide on changing the timing belt on my 2003 Golf GT TDI 130PD (ASZ), which I bought a couple of weeks ago. At first glance it looks like there's a lot of great information on here!

I bought the Golf to replace my mk1 Eunos Roadster (or Miata as I believe it's known in the US) which was just costing me too much in petrol for the daily commute (~£1.35 litre at the moment over here!). I do miss it but the fuel economy of the Golf is just amazing, and it's not all that slow either.

I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to TDI ownership!
