I had what I think was the same code and behavior. My issue was that I’d had a local performance shop install a Snow Performance water methanol system. It had been running well but its first true test came on a long road trip towing a trailer. The post intercoooler intake hose (cold side) had slipped off the water-meth injection ring resulting in probably an almost complete loss of intake pressure. It was effectively a normally aspirated engine at that point. Once I fixed the issue the CEL eventually cleared and it’s not reoccurred.
The upshot of all that is that, based on my individual experience and n=1, there may be a post-turbo leak in your intake system.
