Ordered first week on November with a port date of 2/14 and dealer date of 2/21. She came in on the 4th and I picked her up yesterday.

I've got a little over 200 miles on her and I'm thoroughly impressed with this car. This is my first diesel and everything everyone has said about usable torque is true. Also, I'm happy I bought the Dynaudio trim level, I was worried about that one.

Only hitch is in order to get a decent price I had to buy 180 miles away and the car came in before the Nav disk did so I don't have Nav function yet. The dealer will get it to me and I'm hoping it's an easy install. Since fixing it isn't something that can get charged back to VWoA I'm going to hate trying to get my local dealer to fix something that should have been taken care of in make ready. On the other hand, my dealer filled both the fuel tank and the AdBlue tank.

Great picture! I had the chance to sit in a 2011 TDI (but not drive) and they really did a good job on the car. One favor, could you take a few pictures of the Adblue tank cap w/spare on and off? They changed the spare tire spokes and I think it might be possible to add Adblue with the spare in place if the spokes are positioned correctly.

It's possible with a funnel, but for me more work than pulling the spare. You can't get a grip on the tab on the rubber plug so you would probably need to leave it off and then it would take a small hand to be able to unscrew the cap.

How durable does the Saddle Brown appear to be compared to other leather? The blue/saddle combo is very attractive!
I don't know. This is my first experience. The 2011 uses Vienna leather, whatever that is, that is supposed to not be as supple as the previous Napa leather. To me, less supple means more durable. We'll see.

Beautiful car and great interior! I am surprised that the Germans did not design the spare spokes with enough clearance so that you could reach the AdBlue filler without removing the wheel. Seems like an easy fix, and one that could be used across the line even with the cars that do not need the AdBlue.
