To the admins should there be a thread that lists these types of complaints? I am not sure we have on on here. I think if you want change you need to have an avenue to highlight it in a way like Grandpacliff has put it with facts and concerns. It would be hard to manage but could evoke a change like the "Vodafail" thread did for Vodafone customers. I would like to share my story too if it makes a difference.
