2006 jetta ac problem.takes about 15 min. of driving for ac to start trying to cool .it never gets super cool.checked freon about 45lbs when trying to cool,but if you turn it off and then back on it only pulls down to 65lbs.at 65lbs you can hear freon moving through evap coil inside the car.are both radiator fans supposed to be running when ac on? is the compressor regulator valve a two position valve on/off?
