Hi, assuming the car was running fine before tb, then somethings gone wrong during tb change. I would go back over everything and double check you haven't left a plug or pipe disconnected. It's very easily done.
Put the engine back to TDC and double check all the marks. It's possible that the injection pump is a tooth off or another sprocket is a tooth off.
If you disconnected the fuel lines it will take some cranking before air is purged out of the line. Crank for no more than 20 and let it rest for at least 30 seconds before cranking again or else it will burn out the starter.
Agree with CCBB, it's easy to pin the injection pump incorrectly and be off a tooth or two. Rotate the engine back to TDC, get a mirror and look at the IP and verify the alignment hole is good, and get back to us.
