Last night i removed my cluster to try to trouble shoot a MFD that is faulty. When i reinstalled it the immo is now not allowing me to start the vehicle. The keys still work on doors and i know that the batteries are good. Please Help. BTW I do have VCDS.

It should not be doing that. Use VCDS measuring blocks to check the status of the key and engine start allowance. What error codes? Check out the immo FAQ and try the troubleshooting procedures.

Is instrument cluster illuminating at night now? Just wondering since it is really tight to put back the cluster due to the very short wiring. It is possible that that the connectors did not get plugged in all the way. Also check that you are getting all the other light icons for oil pressure, no seat belt, abs, etc as a bulb check for the first 2-3 sec. If not then most likely one of the two connectors didn't get plugged in. Also, if nothing works check for bent pins on the connector.
