My name is Ernesto, I live in Puerto Rico is located in the Caribbean and I work for more than 40 years as tool maker.

I own a 1999.5 Jetta TDI recently I replace the fuel injection pump and timing belt the engine start but not have power I find in the VAGCOM the syncro angle is out (70 present Value ) when I install the new timing belt I used the timing tools for alignment I need held how can change the Torsion (syncro angle).
