1991 jetta 1.6 diesel

does anyone currently, or who has owned an older (1991) jetta diesel or non, have a ridiculous problem with the interior fogging up in hot weather and freezing on the INSIDE?

Dont own one but how can fog freeze if its hot? Do you have really good AC :D

no im actually currently diagnosint that problem. i dont know if the compressor is turning on or not. i have the capability to re-charge the ac but i dont hear the compressor kick in when the ac is turned on.
