Hi,

Does anyone know the correct way of setting the timing belt tensioner on a 2007 polo 1.9 tdi? Kit came complete with a small 'key' to insert in tensioner.

Hi, welcometomyturbodies.

Do you know what the engine code is or if it's a pd engine or not? My car isn't listed in the faq but you can usually find something close enough. The faq is at the top of the page if you haven't already found it. If nothing else try looking at the cars of a similar year, they have good how to's for the timing belt and good pictures. You might find a good pic and instruction in there bud.
