The obvious thing to do is to reset the engine back to TDC. Triple check that the marks are all on and that the tensioner is OK, and all bolts tightened. You don't need to remove the motor mount to do that. Are you sure that the cam went back at the correct position?
Did you replace the fuel filter or disturb the fuel lines? If so, it will take some cranking to purge out the air.
Well look at it logically if it ran before you did these repairs and it doesn't run afterwards you have missed some connections or you haven't timed it correctly.
