I have an 03 Jetta TDI with lack of power. I replaced some vacuum lines (will replace the rest) but when I tested the turbo actuator valve - it did not hold vacuum. How difficult is this to replace? I called the VW dealer and they don't carry the part - they only replace the entire turbo.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

any suggestions on where to buy the 10 mm flex Ratcheting Wrench locally instead of online?

I could answer that but it involves a plane journey and you'll need to take a couple of days off work at least lol:D

Sears may carry those, but you can definitely do the job without it... Perhaps Harbor Freight may have something as well...

No denying that a good assortment of tools is helpful when working on these cars...
