turbo trouble

    Hi guys, have been searching the forum as i have had overboost problems with my alhambra. Goes into limp mode regularly. Got fed up with it and at the weekend decided to remove the turbo. I'm skint so I have stripped and cleaned it myself,but....One of the three tork head (stupidly tiny) bolts that holds the vanes to the manifold has sheared off. How do I get it out? Anyone else been here and resolved it? Also there is a small amount of movement in the impellor shaft on the inlet side is this normal or should there be no movement at all?

    Any reasonable engineering place should be able to remove the broken bolt, not sure how much play is acceptable, I know other people have been ok with it though.
