Hi, can someone kindly and urgently help me to understand my car challenge. We changed the Turbo, Cleaned Intercooler, EGR Valve (which was replaced by the agent about 100,000kms ago), replaced boost pressure sensor and glow plug and the car still goes into limp mode either at just over 120KMS/Hour or on low gear with high revs. Please assist - is this a common problem with the VW/Diesel ...has anyone ever solved this problem or understands what it is?

P0234 is a common error code which you can search for on here?

What model car and engine? Did you adjust the turbo actuator?

Thanks Yuri for your question - it is a 2008 B7 BRE 2.0TDI A4 Audi. My mechanic tried to adjust and the computer still reads a 8.9 overboost ratio. It is rather a difficult thing to adjust the actuator as you have to pull out the Turbo and adjust - put it back and test and probably adjust..we might need to repeat that a couple of times. Is there a better way of doing that?
