Hey guys, been browsing the forum for a while now and decided to join up. Great site, and super easy to find excellent information.

I have a 2000 Golf GLS that is pretty much stock at this point. It has straight pipe exhaust and PP520 nozzles at this point, but I have a feeling it wont stay like that for long!

Welcome! If you already have those mods, try a chip, the straight pipe exhaust will help EGT but your clutch won't like it ;) You could get lucky and have the clutch hold though, I was in a chip+nozzle car on original clutch and it was holding fine.
