Im Cody from Jackson, MI, I recently bought an 04' Golf. 100k miles and I need to do the timing belt. The information I have found so far has been extremely helpful. I've purchased a deluxe kit and have all the tools for the job and hopefully can save a lot of money while gaining some knowledge on the new ride. Any members from the general area? I actually live in Parma, theres a guy down the street who has 20+ VW's in the yard and one is always up on the jacks with him underneath, never stopped to say hi but I probably should.
Anyways, the info is great so far and I am sure I will be on here frequently.
