Is there a way to test injectors aside from deviations?

Per my other threads, I recently changed the injector seals and after struggling to get the car running, I got it going with reasonable deviations. The car died recently and when I got it home and restarted, the injector deviations were all over the place, way worse than when I checked them a few weeks back. My conclusion is something moved or I have at least one bad injector.... so is there a way to test them?

I have checked the fuel pump, timing, glow plugs and compression so not sure what is left.

So I readjusted, car started and after a minute or so, I was getting good readings on the variations:
    -0.5, -0.3, -0.1, 0.79 (a bit high but given what it has been :) ).

Let the car warm up, drove around the block and #4 drifted up to about 1.78.

Then took on street and all things went crazy.
    -2.99, -3.01, -0.64, 2.99
    Cylinder 4 misfire again..

I am assuming this means my injectors are bad??
