    Hello,
I'm new to this forum, living near Seattle, WA.
Decided to get a 2012 Golf TDI 4-dr Tech package :), as most of my miles are highway. :|
I'll miss my Subaru STi... ;(
Looks like a huge amount of great info on this forum!

STI is a great car, it seems the current one isn't as popular as the older sti and WRX

    Thanks!
You know, I haven't followed the last model year as closely... Mine was a 2006, a very nice year in mechanicals and styling... No complaints *at all*. Subaru seems to really keep innovating/changing every year. I think this is great, but sometimes it means the car gets better and sometimes worse. ;)

    Can't go wrong

    Hey mate,

Go the GTD 125kw Golf with a few minor mods and you will be surprised.
It's no sti but the power and fuel economy is excellent and won't disappoint.

    Cheers,
    Dylan.
