Which do you prefer and why? I'm using firefox at the moment myself and quite like it but thinking of trying internet explorer or safari. I like the fact that firefox doesn't belong to my mate Mr Gates and being the youngest of three boys I still have a rebelious streak.:)

oh boy here we go lol....

    I LOVE SAFARI!

    but i'm a mac guy...

I have both safari and firefox on my computer, and to put it bluntly, safari runs faster.
I have firefox because some websites don't like safari...

I haven't heard from one person that likes internet explorer over firefox.
my bro has a pc, and chooses to run safari.

another one that i've heard a lot about recently is google chrome. most people like it better than firefox but most of my friends still prefer safari. I haven't tried it yet.
i was surprised to see that it was omitted from the list up for discussion. :p

One nice thing about the latest internet explorer: I used to never type in web addresses because they get stuck in the drop down menu. Now they have a red X to delete it from your web addresses. This is nice because sometimes pictures or files will open with explorer instead of URLs or you might mistype the address in which case it's stuck there.

Good point and noted, there's also a beta version of a new firefox out for testing on the public, I tried it briefly but it felt a bit wierd and I need to figure out all the settings so I can have it the way I like it.:)

I think it's because of the add ons that go with firefox, you need to tell it to allow stuff like some images etc or it blocks them.:)
