And the results are?
Coming, as soon as I have time to finish.
it's been a few months...
Yes it has, I didn't think anyone gave a crap. But I will have results. Shhhhhhh...It did good.
I'm Canadian and our decision date isn't for a few months so I'd love to see those results and make a decision with more info (ie, an actual emissions test).
Well the secret is to know what kind of test they are going to do. Most place use opacity test. (That is the dangerous particles/AKA smoke). With zero emissions and a tune, will pass with flying colors.
Was thinking doing a Turbo to Resonator, pipe, and a tune on my Treg. Now that I know it will pass opacity test...
Man, I wish our emissions were as easy to pass out here. In CO they're crazy strict when it comes to any modifications.
This is Colorado.
What does this mean? Without any emissions systems you passed the state's inspection?
In short, yes.
Though the place I live does not need.
Oh wow! I wasn't ever able to pass with my full turboback on my GTI when I had it, which sucked.
It all about the opacity of the 'smoke'.
thanks for this, mine never got old enough to take in for testing.. wasent sure how it'd do, they check gassers now for readyness and I was worried the'd start checking diesels too..
I'll just go all out on its replacement, cheers.
Here they ONLY check Diesels.
