vnt turbo problems

mounted new turbo 7 months ago , now i have problems with to low boost .
disasambled the turbo this afternoon and the nozle ring and lever are completly worn out .
3.20 mm of play between them .
Is this wear normal in this short time .
need help.

Can you be more specific on where the wear is? The lever has worn into the nozzle ring or there is a space between it or what? There has to be a little bit of play for it to be able to move.
