P1156 error. Car has no boost, should i just go get a new map sensor? Also looking to take off turbo znd clean everything up and give it a nice bath of wd40,, would that hurt it?

Fault Location:
Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor (G71) - open circuit/short to earth

Possible Cause:
Wiring open circuit/short to earth.
Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor (G71).

Personally I wouldn't recommend WD40 as it it won't last.
