Over Priced?

What do you think?

Balance shaft module if not replaced, will need to be done that is around 3k to have someone do it, and about $1300 in parts to do it yourself, or more have not priced in a while?

Looks like the timing belt was done at 92,000. So it may be overdue, something to factor in. Was anything done to the trans? I would low ball them, to many miles and only 38 mpg !
