Newbie Bluetooth help

Have retro fitted a VW bluetooth kit to my T5 transporter 2010, can't seem to get the thing working, I get to the phone menu in the mfd and it seems to freeze up I can't select the phone search or help options or exit the phone menu without unpluging the blutooth kit

Not using the mfsw, just the stalk buttons and he kit is 3C8 035 730A

Any help appreciated and sorry if this is in the wrong place

Also I can't understand why I would be getting all these faults, Maybe the box is faulty

I'm not sure but barring a defect, my guess is that there is a problem with the control module coding and installation. It may have not been plug-play.

Ive found very little about the coding but managed to find this below and copied the coding, I thought I'd cracked it because it cleared the faults but when I went in again it brought 3 faults back and the mfd still just freezes up

Try posting your scan in the ross tech section at the top of this subforum. It will get their attention and they may know the correct coding. Make sure the title has your model and year in addition to the problem to be more descriptive.
