Default New Key, need immobilizer PIN

Hi,

I just received a replacement key for my 2004 Jetta. I have a VagCom and have setup the new key for remote operation but still need to get it to work with the immobilizer. I have the Ross-Tech instructions but don't know where to get the 4 digit PIN to put in the login section.

If anyone can help I would greatly appeciate it. Thanks in advance.

Rich

Welcome to the forum Rich.

This is the most asked question on here.

No VAG-COM won't tell you the SKC you will need something like VAG TACHO or VAG Commander 1.4. You can search FAQ if you need more info.

Please add Jetta to your car spec?
