mfd2 sat nav update

Hi all,
new here and just hope i can find a little help
i have the mfd2 sat nav system in my vw caddy
and need to update the firmware been in to local vw dealer but not much help just seam to look at me then said eh.
so i have firmware 13 on my cd model
i found the file on the internet burnt it to a cd loaded in the nav but nothing
am not to sure on the file ,or if i should be holding any buttons down when trying to load it

anyway hope somebody can help and thanks for your time....

I don't know which file you're talking about. You need to have a Euro MFD2 firmware and a version that's higher than what you have here.
