130k, manual trans, Timing Belt sys replaced 110k. Oil changes with filter every 3500miles. Engine starts, revs to 1500-2500rpm, then dies. Unable to start after that. Wait 10-15min. restarts like before, rev 900-1500rev 3-5 sec and dead. Timing Confirmed. Immoblizer good. Good cranking. Vacuum lines checked. VagCom Codes MAP. replaced Ouch $160. Fuel to filter, out of filter to injector confirmed. While cranking fuel to individual injectors. Only odd? return line from Injector Pump unable to blow thru. Tried starting with separate line to bucket from Injection fuel return, no difference. ??? How do you confirm DEAD INJECTOR PUMP? Last edited by Airstreamer2526; 01-24-2012 at 11:05 AM. |
