a/c heater blower 2L diesel 2008 passat wagon

Hi Folks
Over the past couple of weeks had a few problems new injectors fitted by dealer after engine would not start which is apparentley on recall.This did not cure problem.
It was down to fuel pump and aux pump burnt out.
About 2 weeks after cabin blower intermitant, now not working at all,got out wiring diag, fuses ok under bonnet and drivers side fuse box. Injected 12volts at fuse drivers side fusebox fan works ok on all 4 settings appears to be link between fuse drivers side and under bonnet fuse box problem CAN relay control box under dash could be problem hard to get at to check,question does anyone know if there are any plugs or connections between under bonnet fuse box and CAN relay control box in cabin that could be a bad connection. or am i barking up the wrong tree also noticed the rear screen heater routed through same CAN controller working as normal suggesting controller ok.any suggestions other than give the dealership my other arm and leg
